Jack
Holman, the
real estate broker representing the Ranch Locator Company is also
a Wildlife Biologist with a degree from Texas A & M
University. He has over 29 years of experience in managing
habitat for whitetail deer and other wildlife species. He has a
lifetime of experience as a hunter and cattle rancher. He has
worked closely with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and
is the founder and Executive Director of the first wildlife
management association in South Central Texas - the Harvey's
Creek Wildlife Management Association in Colorado County.
This Co-op is the winner of the prestigious Lone Star Land
Steward Award for the year 2000. His push for wildlife
management associations is carried state wide. He was a
charter member, President Emeritus and is currently serving on
the executive board of T.O.W.M.A. - The Texas Organization of
Wildlife Management Associations (www.towma.org).
Jack Holman's opinion is respected by his peers in the wildlife
management field and from fellow landowners as evidenced by his
time spent on the Private Lands Advisory Board to the Texas
Parks and Wildlife Department. This Board makes
recommendations to the TPWD Commissioners regarding important
private lands and wildlife related issues that impacts all
landowners and sportsman in the state.
His work in the wildlife field has caused
countless contacts with landowners and private and government
wildlife biologists. These sources often act as additional
conduits of information regarding available and suitable hunting
properties that average buyers would be missing if not taking
advantage of our services.
